Dr. Lori J. Vaden

With over 20 years of experience in higher education, I offer consultation and instruction tailored to the needs of higher education professionals. My commitment is to deliver customized solutions that align with the goals and needs of your institution.

I have professional experience working within the North Carolina Community College System and the University of North Carolina, focusing on several key areas including Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, Veteran’s Affairs, Academic Advising, Military Education, Student Conduct, Academic Support Services, Enrollment Management, and Student Testing and Assessment. Additionally, I have provided training to faculty and staff on various topics such as Customer Service in Higher Education, FERPA Regulations, E-Learning Guidance for Transitioning to Remote Course Delivery, and Co-Curricular Learning and Assessment.

I hold a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Northcentral University, a Master’s degree in English-Technical and Professional Communication from East Carolina University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Martin’s College.
